Rental Policies & FAQ

What documents are needed?

You need a valid South African ID or Passport, a Driver's License, and Proof of Residence (utility bill not older than 3 months).

Deposit & refund timeline

A refundable security deposit is required for all vehicles (amount varies by car class). Refunds are processed within 3-7 working days after the vehicle is returned and inspected.

Is there a mileage limit?

Standard rentals include 200km free per day. Excess mileage is charged at a per-kilometer rate depending on the vehicle type. Unlimited mileage packages are available for long-term rentals.

What is the fuel policy?

We operate on a Full-to-Full policy. The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank, and must be returned with a full tank.

Are there late return fees?

Yes. A grace period of 59 minutes is allowed. Thereafter, an additional day's rental may be charged. Please notify us in advance if you are running late.

Do you offer delivery & collection?

Yes, we can deliver and collect vehicles within Soshanguve and Pretoria for a nominal fee. Please arrange this during your booking.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years.
